Delivery
Which couriers do we use and how long does it take before my shipment arrives?

If you create your order before 14:30 (CEST) we will ship your order the same day. Shipment times differ per location.

Within the Netherlands, we have chosen for PostNL and as such your parcel will likely arrive the day after placing your order.

When making shipments across Europe we use the courier UPS. Depending on the time of your order, the parcel should be delivered between 2-5 working days.

When placing an order outside of Europe, we have chosen to use Skynet. Delivery should be between 3-5 working days.

Please note that depending on your countries customs, shipping times can be slightly delayed. Unfortunately, this is not in our control but we are always willing to get a status update for you if you require.

How do we ensure our products don’t get damaged during shipment?

To ensure your device does not get statically charged, we pack our boards in an anti-static bag. To protect the content we also use a certain amount of bubble plastic wrapping inside of a box that does not allow for much movement which should ensure the content does not get damaged.
